Oracle Tile & Stone ships large orders throughout the United States using trusted Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.
Because natural stone is heavy and fragile, freight shipping provides the safest and most efficient transportation for palletized orders.
When Is Freight Used?
Freight shipping is typically used for:
- Large tile orders
- Pallet quantities
- Commercial projects
- Bulk purchases
- Heavy natural stone products
Smaller orders and samples are generally shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Before Your Delivery
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
- Make sure the delivery location is accessible for a freight truck.
- Notify us in advance if you require special delivery services.
Curbside Delivery
Standard LTL freight service is curbside delivery.
The driver will unload the shipment to the curb or loading area using a liftgate when included with the shipment.
Drivers are not responsible for:
- Bringing material inside
- Carrying products into buildings
- Job site placement
- Installation assistance
If you require additional services, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Appointments
Some freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please respond promptly to avoid storage charges or delivery delays.
Missed appointments or failed delivery attempts may result in additional carrier fees.
Inspect Your Shipment
Before signing the delivery receipt:
- Inspect the shipment carefully.
- Check for damaged packaging, broken pallets, or visible product damage.
- Take photos of any damage.
- Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
If possible, open the shipment and inspect the material while the driver is present.
If Your Shipment Is Damaged
If your order arrives with visible damage:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged material.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Contact support@oracletiles.com immediately.
Prompt reporting allows us to work with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
Freight Transit Times
Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Transit times vary depending on:
- Destination
- Freight carrier
- Weather
- Regional freight network conditions
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping has been arranged.
Residential Deliveries
We ship to residential and commercial addresses.
Residential freight deliveries may require:
